Our wedding in Cana is a motivational read, a book about events that took place in a wedding in Cana. The wedding has been very famous for the biggest miracle and a very first one that Jesus Christ performed. The events that took place at that wedding are outlined in this book to make people understand different stages of their lives they may be finding themselves in. The revelation that God brought about in this book will make one understand that every part of the journey is predestined by God regardless of the ups and downs of life.
The story of this wedding is found in John Chapter 2 and from verse 1 to 10 has been covered in this book and each verse gave a different interpretation. We have 9 chapters, Cana, The guest of honour, The wine, The mother, The hour, The six water Jars, The water, Dip some out and the master of ceremony. These are the different stages which were used to tell a story of a young woman’s life and these chapters each gives a proper understanding that your life is a lot more like a wedding which takes place and is a very eventful ceremony. At the wedding in Cana things began like any other wedding with everything in place and obviously the bride looking forward to a beautiful day but just like life, things fell apart at that wedding, the wine running out was the worst thing that could ever happen to them as wine plays a role in that wedding and we see that by how the mother of Jesus reported the matter. And wine in this book stands for every struggle this young woman ever encountered, her dreams died, hope was all gone and the only thing she had left was just shame that she carried with her, she was now a shadow of what she use to be.
With everything that has gone wrong, dreams died and life full of regret, the wedding in Cana showed in revelation in this book that things can still get better, if you understand that God is a man with the master plan and keep going and not give up there will be a master of ceremony who will be dazzled with what is yet to come out of you. The last chapter shows us that you can still make it even after it fell apart, rejected and forsaken the jars still carried the best wine ever and a wedding that could have ended in shame of “not enough” supply of wine, was now the famous wedding that showed God’s grand plan and the overflow supply.
