There are repetitive issues the South Africa continues to face, these threaten the very existence of a South African Dream. It is in the declaration of the constitution that South Africa belongs to all who live in it, this was a promise of redressing the effects of the apartheid regime. However there are still so much more which counters the argument of belonging.
